This year’s 13th Greek Fashion Week inaugurates a collaboration with the Liaison Office of the Athens School of Fine Arts.
As part of the art events running alongside Athens Fashion Week, 4 studios from the School of Fine Arts are taking part in the workshop “Clothing as the Body’s Dwelling”. For a week they will be creating in the Athens Fashion Week venue, approaching the concept of clothing in their own distinctive, creative way.
The workshop has been running since Monday 28 March and continues until tomorrow, Saturday 2 April, from 18:00 to 23:00. Visitors can watch the students at work, talk with them and admire their original creations.
The original works created during the workshop will be presented at the Closing Ceremony of Athens Fashion Week on Sunday 3 April 2011 at 21:00.
