Fabrica Kreaton is a modern taverna in Komotini designed by Minas Kosmidis. As its name suggests, its theme is meat.

The design of the space is modern, incorporating contemporary furniture and accessories, but it also carries subtle influences from the late 1950s, with references to the traditional butcher shops of the period.

The venue is spread over two floors. The materials chosen are timeless: tiles, metal and wood.

The main colour palette of black and white is enlivened with bold touches of red, as in the metal light fittings and the chairs. On the upper floor, grey tiles are paired with bright white ceramic walls, while a strong black band runs around the perimeter, neatly defining the space and creating a clear transition from the walls to the white wooden ceiling.

The foustanela-shaped light fittings that decorate part of the space add a fun note, while the checked seat cushions in black and white and red and white recall the old traditional tavernas, without looking out of place in the modern setting of Fabrica Kreaton.
