Diego Revollo designed this loft as the bachelor pad of a young lawyer in São Paulo.
The Brazilian designer made sure the design of the space reflects the owner’s personality, creating a single, open, high-ceilinged, elegant and modern home with a distinctly “masculine” style.
Sophisticated dark colours are combined with a relaxed aesthetic and touches of understated luxury.

Across the loft’s 100 sq m, the dominant feature is the painted concrete-brick walls, coated with a special impermeable resin material that protects against water. Starting on the first floor, they create a sense of uniformity on the upper level of the duplex as well.

Beyond the impression created by the high ceilings, the home also conveys a sense of freedom thanks to its brightness, which comes from the glass wall on the ground floor.

The kitchen and dining area form one continuous space with the living room.

A staircase leads to the upper level of the duplex, where the bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe are housed in another open-plan space. This makes the space feel larger than it really is, while also maintaining and “completing” the logic of the continuous, undivided layout of the lower floor.
