This original idea, built from cinder blocks, shows how you can create green focal points in small yards or “green up” a boundary wall!
The idea is to use the hollows of the cinder blocks as little “pots” and build a composition of protruding blocks, at whatever size suits your own space.
The blocks that stick out to create this uneven effect need to be fixed in place with an acrylic adhesive for bricks and stone, so that the structure is stable. If, however, you are building it in the middle of construction work and have cement to hand, you can make it more permanent…

The whole structure is quite inexpensive and versatile: besides the various arrangements you can play with, you can also paint the blocks in any colour you like, adapting it to your space!
