With summer just around the corner and temperatures rising, our thoughts turn to air conditioners once again!
Breaking away from traditional air conditioning units, a few design proposals blend perfectly into the setting of a modern home, as if they were just another piece of furniture or decorative element.
Eco Shelf Zenstyle
This is an incredible air conditioner from a design standpoint, taking the form of a modern wall shelf.
Designers: Seung-Hyun Yoon, Seol-hee Son & Jo Chal-youn
Natural pot
An air conditioning unit that you could easily mistake for a set of plant pots.
Designer: Seung-Hyun Yoon
Both proposals feature an incredibly smart functional design that puts the extra water produced by the air conditioning unit to use in watering plants.
