There is no doubt that a riot of color lifts the mood. In interior decoration, however, there is a certain “phobia” about embracing it, because it is all too easy to go overboard and flirt with excess and “kitsch”.
But if we use multiple colors and bold hues in selective combinations and for specific “corners” of the home, we can achieve a striking result and give the space a distinctive, lively style and character.
