Decorating with Round Mirrors

When we set out to decorate our homes, there are objects that can prove valuable allies without necessarily serving a practical purpose. Wall mirrors are one such category. Available in a wide range of shapes, sizes and styles, they can help us dress a wall surface in many rooms of the house.

Round or oval mirrors are of particular interest, since curves and rounded shapes give a space a relaxing, “embracing” feel.

Even when the shape of the furniture and objects already in the room calls for more “squared” lines, a round or oval mirror can sit harmoniously on its walls, reflecting – and complementing – its decorating style.

What’s more, round mirrors – like all mirrors – enhance the light and sense of depth in a space, and can also help us conceal any architectural flaws. It is no coincidence that well-known interior designers often include one or more round mirrors in their creations.

A round mirror has a place in every room of the home. We have gathered some interesting ideas to help you find its place in yours!
