In practice, you can choose a ready-made canopy in fine tulle and add your own touches with ribbons, hanging decorations, toys and so on.
Alternatively, you can use any piece of cloth or fabric (even curtain fabric), always depending on the style of the rest of the room. For the support you can use anything from a piece of wood (yet another use for weathered driftwood), a round hoop frame or even a length of rope fixed to the ceiling.
