This apartment, which is hard to overlook, is housed in a contemporary 20th-century building in Stockholm.
The décor is modern and elegant, with furniture chosen from distinctive materials, giving the interior a tasteful, individual personality.
Clean lines, freedom of movement and order are its main characteristics, and it is clear that the interiors were decorated with great attention to detail. With the exception of the bathroom, all the walls are white, while the floor is timber.
At the entrance there is a hall with storage space for shoes and other items.
The kitchen is spacious, white and minimal in a modern design, and it opens onto the dining area.
Large glass vases with plants on the floor, along with bowls of fruit on the kitchen counter, heighten the sense of freshness in this airy setting. The only contrast to the white backdrop comes from the stainless steel elements of the kitchen. In addition, no wall-mounted cabinets have been used, and the refrigerator is not in the same area as the rest of the cabinets.
The living room is just as spacious and bright, and exudes elegance. The dining area is part of the living space, and a desk has also been set up.
Both the living room and the bedrooms offer panoramic views over the city’s rooftops and the church in the area.
The sense of comfort and space continues in the generous bedrooms. Bright and also simply decorated, they create a welcoming feel.
For the bathroom, black tiles have been chosen, creating an attractive contrast with the white sanitaryware.
As a whole, the apartment shows off “the virtues” of minimalist decorating choices.
