A Miniature Home of Just 34 sq.m.

How even the smallest home can be made functional and very beautiful!

A Miniature Home of Just 34 sq.m.

Do you live in a small home and think it can’t be both functional and beautiful? Interior decorator Sissy Nikolaidi has brought us an example that proves anything is possible!

This home is of particular interest because, within just a few square metres, it holds all the functions a regular home needs. Of course, it is suited to a single person who isn’t looking for absolute comfort and simply wants to be in the heart of the city with everything at hand in their own space.

The spaces are not closed off with doors. They are painted in various colours, mainly from the grey palette, while the kitchen cabinets are green. The home enjoys abundant natural light, which creates a unique atmosphere, and it has a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk-in wardrobe for clothes in the bedroom.

Large European cities have always lacked homes with generous floor areas, so for the people who live there, clever space planning has been a necessity. If you like Scandinavian style, this home is a lovely decorating idea by Erik Olsson that may inspire you for your own “little palace”.
