The renovation of an apartment in a typical 1960s apartment block in central Athens.
This colorful 67 m2 apartment is on the 5th floor of a typical 1960s apartment block in central Athens.
The aim was to create a modern, functional living space on a low-budget renovation. To that end, the architects designed an open plan that combines the entrance, living room and kitchen, in contrast to the fragmented layout of the original plan. Two bedrooms and a spacious balcony complete a home that feels warm and welcoming.
