Lore Café on Skoufa Street

The space is lit mainly with LED strips.

These strips were installed as concealed lighting on every shelf, every piece of furniture and every bar in the space.

The idea behind the lighting design was to present an aesthetic approach that would highlight the everyday objects and products themselves.

Our view was that things should be shown as they are, accepting the heterogeneity of their presence and bringing out their individual qualities.

Believing that warmth and familiarity are a matter of function and human activity in a space, we used light not as a decorative object but for its primary value: as an element that can enhance or diminish objects, creating conditions in the space that change over the course of the day.
