Bathroom Lighting

Do you have trouble with shadows on your face when you "admire" yourself in the bathroom mirror?

Bathroom Lighting

Lighting researchers in the United States advise against placing luminaires above the mirror in the bathroom, because this arrangement will, 99% of the time, cast shadows on the lower part of the face.

The ideal solution is to place them on either side of the mirror, so that the light falls flat across the surface of the face.

After all, as they pointed out, this is the only method that make-up artists in Hollywood use.
