Geoffrey Graven has designed a piece of furniture that is ideal for small spaces. It is called Tandem, and it can serve both as storage and as a functional piece in its own right, working as a side table and a stool at the same time.
Tandem is made of wood and aluminium. Its cylindrical form means it takes up very little room while making the most of the space it does occupy, so it can find a place in any room.
The storage section of Tandem has 3 shelves for books, CDs and small objects. The table has the added advantage of being able to rotate.
Its minimalist design and the table make it ideal for use in many ways, from a laptop stand to a side table in the living room.
