Looking for something distinctive and original to complete your living room, or a waiting area in a shop, office or other business? Try “softseating” from Molo Design!
The inspiration for Molo Design’s softseating (you may remember the company from its paper room dividers) came from the need for flexible, functional seating that can easily “transform” a space. With their abstract forms, the pieces resemble modern sculptures.

Softseating is made from a single material, paper, and stands out for its simplicity. It is the honeycomb structure of the paper that gives it its great strength and durability.
The magnetic ends of the softseating pieces allow them to be assembled into cylindrical armchairs, stools or even small tables. The softseating elements can also be linked to one another to create “benches” and many other alternative arrangements for the space.

The seats are made from 50% recycled paper fibre and are 100% recyclable. They are not flammable and can be cleaned with soap and water. The design is sturdy and intended for long-term use.
They are produced in the warm natural brown of cardboard, or in a dyed charcoal-black shade. With use, the texture of their surface becomes even softer.
