Where space is limited, a room often has to play a dual role (e.g. a home office most days and a guest room when someone comes to stay). Situations like these have made the sofa bed a popular and especially practical solution, one we often find in guest rooms, home offices and children’s rooms.
DOC, from the British company “Bonbon compact living“, is a sofa that builds on the sofa-bed concept and takes its functionality a step further: it converts into a bunk bed.
In a matter of seconds, thanks to a clever and safe mechanism, the DOC three-seater sofa transforms into two beds.
Bunk beds are an ideal way to make better use of space in children’s rooms, and we have to admit that DOC takes functional, efficient use of space to a new level.
