A Bathtub Inspired by the Human Body

A bathtub that embraces the body for dreamy bubble baths.

A Bathtub Inspired by the Human Body

In 2008, Australian designer Marco Tallarida won the “Bathroom Innovation Award” for the design of this contemporary bathtub.

The piece follows the logic and curves of the human body. Its line resembles the natural posture one adopts when taking a shower, and it was deliberately designed to minimise water capacity while making the most of the bather’s comfort.

Modern yet original in its use of materials, Marco Tallarida‘s bathtub radiates a sense of relaxation and paves the way for a new approach to sanitaryware.
